These Terms explain how we work together when you engage BLD Consults for marketing, branding, or creative services. By working with us, you agree to these guidelines.

What We Do

At BLD Consults, we help businesses grow with confidence. Our services include:

  • Website design and development

  • Brand identity and logo creation

  • Marketing collateral and content

  • Event management and marketing support

We’ll always agree on what’s included in your project upfront — so there are no surprises.

Working Together
To make things run smoothly, we ask that you:

  • Provide materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely way

  • Ensure any content you give us doesn’t infringe on others’ rights

  • Respond to messages so we can keep your project moving

Delays in your feedback may affect timelines, but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Fees & Payments

  • All fees will be clearly outlined in your quote or proposal.

  • Usually, we ask for 50% upfront and 50% when your project is complete.

  • Late payments may attract a small fee — we’ll always communicate clearly about this.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • You own the work we deliver once full payment is made.

  • We keep ownership of any tools, templates, or materials we bring into the project.

  • Any third-party materials will follow the original license agreements.

Confidentiality
We respect your business and ideas. Anything you share with us — strategies, creative concepts, or sensitive info — stays between us.

Limitation of Liability
We do everything we can to deliver top-quality results. While we can’t promise perfection, we do promise to work professionally. We’re not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or delays caused by external factors.

Ending a Project
If either of us needs to end a project early, we’ll do it in writing. You’ll only be charged for the work completed up to that point.

Legal Stuff
These Terms follow the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Queensland jurisdiction.
